HOW TO OPEN MY 2005 BOXSTER IF BATTERY IS DEAD?

Hi, I have a 2005 porsche boxster, it is locked and the battery is dead, I can`t open it because it only has the electronic remote control(no key)and batery is dead, can some one help me?

You need to unlock the car with the key and find the fuse box (in the footwell if it's a 986). There is a small post normally to the bottom of the fuse box which pulls out to reveal a metal strip. To this you put 12v power from a donor battery via jump leads or simlar and the earth lead from the 12v supply to the door latch to earth. You now have power to use the electronic buttons to open the bonnet.
