If I power off to re-fuel, stall, or even just do a quick errand, I cannot get it started. I've had this in for repair 4 times and the problem just comes back each time after about a month!!

It is a defective crimp connection on the end of the battery cable. I had the same problem and thought it was the starter. My dealer fixed it under the CPO and the service guy told me that it was a common problem.
