there is no maintenance on the turbochargers; they have oil feed lines that get their lubrication from the engine oil. about 12 hours labor to take them off if you just want to look 'em over.

Use the recommended synthetic oil - which is Mobil1 full synthetic 0W40 - and replace them at no more than 5000 miles. This should help to extend the life of the turbo. Zee
