My dealer offered me a deal on new tires that were manufactured in March 2008 which makes these tires 2 + years old. What is your recommendation on buying.

That should not be a problem if you like the tires and the price i would go for it.

Inspect the tires visually for dry rot/cracking. If they appear fine most likely they where stored properly and the dealer just wants to get rid of old stock. :)
