What is your question?
Problem: the blower doesn't work consistently. Next to never now. Turning on the car, you can flip the air-flow switch off and on and if the AC light stays lit ... I let it go and it will blow. Most of the time, it doesn't blow at all. Seems random when it works but some better odds if I'm applying the gas but not a sure fix. • Blower was replaced a year ago. • Resister was replaced 6 months ago. • In attempt to fix current blower issues: I warrantied the resistor and replaced it. No fix. • Do I need to replace the blower again? Relay? Maybe the switch itself? • Smacking the blower doesn't do anything (it did a few year back) Thanks for considering my problem.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing identifiable. Mostly doesn't work. Random success.
How long has your 2005 Pontiac Vibe had this problem?
A few weeks.

The thing is, you will need to detect what is going on at the time the problem is occurring. When you have the problem actively occurring, hands-on testing should be performed in the circuit related to the blower. This would include relay, resistor, switch, wiring, connector, blower motor. Something will be out of line and incorrect when the problem is occurring, and that's where you focus your attention.
