The brakes are completely out

What is your question?

Well one of my back tire on my driver side the caliper was sticking off if I lost the nipple in the the bar that goes inside it but I drive it for a while without that why it was tied up because it was rubbing against the rotor and I drive it a while for like 4 months without brake fluid then my brakes run out not even my emergency brake works at all

What makes this problem better or worse?

It's simple my brakes completely felt does not work
