Where do i start

What is your question?

i have a 2007 pontiac torrent that needed some fixing i replaced the head gasket along side the water pump and spark plugs and wires but when cranking it to start it it has rough idles and a hissing noise.im not sure what it can be if i installed everything correctly? any suggestions or advice on what it can be?
