Cooling leak

What is your question?

I am still waiting to find out what is the cause! My SUV was towed to an independent auto shop since Wed. and as of today no answer or findings. I called one day and was told that a cold test performance was going to happen and today they think they know what the problem is but yet to disclosed the issue. But said I should have my car back by today. What am I doing wrong or is this normal for service. My SUV never spend more than 2 nights away from home. I understand if they can tell me they are very busy, it would take some of my concerns off of my mind!. Any comforting words are appreciated
