Noise only pops up when driving over small rocks on road or driveway or pothole. Noise sound has metal clanking. It is getting worse bcoz steering wheel shakes a little at 60mph.. What can be wrong
What makes this problem better or worse?
worse when warmer out or car has been driven around constant on that day.

Hello, the steering wheel shaking a little at 60 mph is more likely than not due to the front wheels (or all wheels) being a bit out of balance. Rebalancing the wheels will go a long way to resolve that vibration. As far as the metal clanking noise, a thorough inspection of the steering and suspension in the front is needed. You will find something loose or worn. Keep in mind that it could take some effort to find the source of the noise, if it's not coming from a part that is totally worn out.
