New water pp, thermostat, relay switch, engine temperature sensor and blows vold air whe overheating

I hear nothing and it happens at least once a month.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Turn it off. Sometimes I add a little antifreeze sometimes its fine.this timebis bad. The reservoir has sufficient amount of coolant I can drive 1-3 miles then the damn thing overheats. Not one bit of warm air though. It has taken me 7 hours to go approximately 90 miles

Over a year. Never like tonight though
