If the transmission level is full then you probably have an oil transfer tube that is broken. You need to drop the pan and inspect the tubes inside. Pretty accessible once the pan is off

thanks . will follow up with my results this weekend. i was thinking maybe the two solenoids could be an issue as well as filter.
