I went to a carwash and manually washed my car with the brush and the high powered water device. After that, I did notice a black wire but it wasn't on the window it was on the side mirror. Then I notice that the window would not roll down anymore. I had just had my windows down right before I went into the carwash because my air conditioning does not work. The effected window is in the front on the driver's side.

Could just be a coincidence. It is unlikely that the car wash had anything to do with it, and it was just its time to go. Do you get any noise at all from the window when you press the button? If so, then you likely have a broken regulator and the motor is probably fine. If you get no noise, start by checking your fuses. Hey, at least it didn't break stuck down!
Thanks. When I press the button, there is no noise. How much would something like this cost? Should I go to a glass place like Safelite or a car repair shop?
Any repair shop should be able to handle it. It is only the frameless windows that are somewhat tricky. Regulator/motor replacement usually runs somewhere around $200-$300 at our shop for most cars.
