THE LOCK EMBLEM IS ILUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND MY CAR WILL NOT EVEN TURN OVER. WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY ON , EVERYTHING LIGHTS UP AND THE RADIO WORKS BUT IT WILL NOT CRANK
