A GM parts department should be able to tell you which suspension type you have if you provide them with the VIN number. There is also a white sticker located on the spare tire cover with the vehicle option codes listed. You will need to know what code you are looking for as there are many listed on the sticker

I looked up the part on Napas web sight and the only question for the rear rotor was if it was all wheel drive or front wheel drive,maybe this will help.
