Check oil light is on

This means the oil pressure is low, or there is a problem with the oil pressure warning light circuit. Start by checking the oil level, then oil pressure and then the sensor and circuit for the oil light.

Mine comes on when it's time to change the oil. To turn it off you press the "Trip Meter" in the speedometer a couple times until it displays "oil" then press it again and hold it to clear the oil light.
