AT NIGHT THE SPEDOMETER DO NOT LIGHT UP, SO I CANT SEE HOW FAST I AM GOING. IS THIS A SIMPLE AND INEXPENSIVE REPAIR LIKE A FUSE OR LIGHT BULB? WHAT HAVE TO BE DONE?

is it the dashboard or just the speedo? if it's just the speedo, it is a single bulb. it is not a simple fix, about 1.3 hours labor because the cluster must be removed.
