How much should it cost to replace my exhaust?

Thanks for posting this. My catalytic convertor on my 98 Cavalier broke at the front and my car is very loud at the moment. There is a place here in Columbus OH called Mad Hatter which has the best rates in town. I just wonder is it would be possible for them to just weld the front part back in place. Your thoughts? I shot a photo of it. I wish there was a way to post it on this site.
