What is your question?
Bill Larson NE 82ND and NE Fremont St., Portland, Oregon Pontiac Gran Prix SE 2003, 3100 V6, 181,000 mi. A rocker arm mounting stud for one cylinder has pulled out (stripped) and was repaired/remounted with a heli-coil threaded seat. It has come loose again. What part needs to be replaced in order to resolve the problem? Is it the head? Would it be smarter to repair it that way again, or replace the block/whole engine with a used/rebuild, or scrap the car? Suggestions are welcome!
How long has your 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix had this problem?

It depends on if cylinder head is damaged beyond repair (?) .. There's is a repair kit for this called a 'time sert' repair kit. https://www.wiseautotools.com/time-sert-1812core-rocker-bolt-hole-thread-repair-kit-m8x1-25/ This might be what was used instead of a helicoil - you can ask the person that did the work.
As a side note - the intake and exhaust pushrods are different lengths and must be installed in their prospective positions!
