If the location of the noise still is in the front wheels and is going on all the time, I suspect the issue to be the wheel bearings are failing and need replaced.

WHEN , under what conditions do the grinding noises occur? What speed? Turns? ONLY hear it when applying brakes?Metallic scraping , only on sharp turns?
