The car turns over but does not start

My car turns over but does not start it's getting fuel to the rail but not pushing through the injectors I replace the fuel pump the mass airflow sensor the map sensor the fuel filter the cam sensor the crank sensor spark plugs wires I'm getting spark but not getting filled and now I have no idea what to do I'm done change the fuel pump and filter
