With those symptoms - there's not much else it can be! .... Power steering PUMP don't know the difference between left and right.

It turns to the right pretty easy but it's super hard to turn to the left.

Rack got to be scored / gaulded inside resulting in drag resistance when turning left. During rack replacement - System needs to be throughly flushed out before adding new fluid!
