$1300.00- $1500.00 plus your old transmission for a reman/rebuilt,3 yr warranty,depending on which engine you have,not included in question. or scrap yard probably $400.00 or so,BUT you don't know what you're getting until installed.or check with local,independent transmission repair shop for prices...
