What is your question?
ICM was replaced. It stalls and cuts off while driving or at idle and in park. After it does this it doesn't want to crank right away. It will turn over but not fire and run a time or two or three. Sometimes when I turn the key to crank the motor is not turning over. No power at all.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's worse when hot.
How long has your 2004 Pontiac Grand Am had this problem?
A few months.

Since there are multiple possibilities that can cause these symptoms - next time the vehicle seems to be operating well enough to make it to your local auto repair facility - you should have the necessary *hands-on* testing performed so the ACTUAL failure can be discovered.. Posting a list of the multiple possibilities isn’t going to be beneficial at all simply because the same *hands-on* testing will still have to be performed for each one.. The advantage the repair facility will have is the proper diagnostic equipment and trailed personnel to use this equipment so the failure can be more quickly identified then any required subsequent *hands-on* testing can commence.
Come to Top Tires Auto Center. We give you a free diagnostic if you do the work here. We are in Carmenita Rd, Whittier, 90605. Tell to the Guys that you come from Repair Pall contact
A comprehensive scan test is highly recommended. Good luck!
