I loose power while accelerating? Is this my catalytic converter?

I have noticed the loss of power increasing while accelerating mostly between 20-30 mph. I kind of feels like it is trying to shift but doesn't know if it should up shift or down shift. No sputtering noises, but does increase the RPMs

Impossible to determine without the required *hands-on* testing.. There are test that will confirm failing cat. Good luck!
