Push hazard switch ON / OFF briskly (a little more forcefully) several times see if that helps.. May need to repeat process a few times. Let me know.

The FLASHER for both turn signals and hazards is contained within the hazard switch - the suggested test will help determine culprit. Good luck to ya!
