I replace the water pump in a thermostat to flush out my radiator the car still is overheating I have no back pressure out my exhaust just steam I think and the passenger side radiator hoses are called

What makes this problem better or worse?

When it's idling in sometime when it's driving sometimes it doesn't overheat at all
