Throttle appears stuck

What do I do...... I put my car in reverse and I'm barely tapped on the gas and it's full throttled did a big old backwards cookie in KFC parking lot I have finally after several attempts stopped the car and turned it off and now when I turn the car on it's still on Full Throttle
