What can make the windshield wipers, the radio, and the cruise control all shut off at once?

Have to find out what all three share in common. Wether it be a fuse, connector or ground point. Then check the connections/contact.

'Intermittent' problems can be difficult to diagnose, even for a seasoned mechanic! .. It will have to have it acting up before any testing and a definite conclusion can be reached .. This is usually beyond the average DIY'ers capability .. Suggest having qualified personnel check this out for you as there are too many possibilities, posting 'possible' causes or guessing at it is moot!
