Assuming it has proper fuel delevery and spark (?) .. Suspect 'engine' timing issue .. Compression test next step .. IF compression is low, strongly suggest contacting auto repair shop as this engine has unique gear to gear timing components that require special tools and talent to replace - successfully! .. Good luck with it.

CHECK FOR IGNITION SPARK AT SPARK PLUG.... AND .... WHAT SIZE ENGINE DO YOU HAVE? These are necessary questions to answer to know if you are having a fuel issue or an electrical issue. (SAME ANSWER AS "PUSHROD" ABOVE).... KY TIRE EXCHANGE BOWLING GREEN, KY 270-842-2491
