My 2009 pontiac g8 gt 4th cylinder not firing. Oil leaking on plug. Why

Engine indicates 4th cylinder not firing. Shop replaced plug but stop working due to oil leaking into plug and cylinder. Is it a gasket and if so which one and what is the cost to repair.

Oil is leaking onto the outside of the spark OR oil is â€˜foulingâ€™ the spark plug electrode - (the part that goes into the cylinder) ?
