Windshield Wipers not working

What is your question?

While driving in a rainstorm the wipers stopped working. Two days later the wimdshield wipers will still not come on. I can hear the motor humming like it is working but the arms are not moving. I checked the fuse in the floor and it is not damaged. The wiper fuild still comes out. please help.
