At this point then you have to suspect the axle shaft(s). Have proper inspection done at a qualified shop.

Agree with raider, probably CV joints worn out. Only other option I can think of is stabilizer links have gone bad. They will clunk on bumps or if someone bounces the front end up and down hard.
