No power to the obd2 outlet cig fuse is good what's my problem

Check fuse 11 in the interior fuse box labeled CIG/ASSY. If fuse is good check for 12 volts power at pin 16 orange wire of the data link connector (obd 2 port). If you have power check ground circuits at pin 4 black wire at connector and pin 5 black and white wire at connector.
