Siren horn makes buzzing sound in hood even when car is off

What is your question?

Problem occurs whenever car is off. Tried starting and shutting off car, unlocked and locked doors, and I made sure all car doors were shut

What makes this problem better or worse?

Tapping on horn makes different buzzes but doesn’t stop

How long has your 2000 Pontiac Firebird had this problem?
