Coolant sincer plug is grounded all three wires to the guage and the new sincer pegs it

What is your question?

Fans weren't coming on and I was checking to see if the sincer was bad and checked the plug for broken wires an found that that were showing bare wires re checked still grounded

What makes this problem better or worse?

Getting hot
