car has to be shut off to go into gear..then its fine

you dont think that it could be the slave cylinder..it was fine unil i tried to put in into reverse..then it all went the crap...its fine when car is off...its when i first start then try to put into gear it wants to move 4ward...and clutch was just replaced..thanks for your time

Sounds like your clutch was not adjusted properly for whatever reason. Clutch adjustment? Slave cylinder needs bleeding? Low fluid? Leaking? And now your clutch is not disengaging properly so transmission synchros are wearing quickly as you "grind" them in and out of gear. get it fixed.
