Replacement Part: Cap/Cover for steering column

What is your question?

I have been going crazy trying to locate a replacement cap/cover of the pigtail for the turn signal on the steering column of my 1991 Trans Am. The plastic cover is chipped and keeps falling off. The part number is 5750-4 FA. I have searched high and low on the internet for a replacement cap [to no avail]. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
