Car starts for 3 to 4 seconds then dies will struggle to start for 3 to 4 second

Had about 2 gallons left in tank according to fuel gouge added fuel cleaner in tank and 8 gallons of new gas later fuel gauge did moved from full back to about 1/4 tank where I thought it should be like maybe the fuel level sensor was having problems thank you for trying to help

None visible did take air filter and housing off. I don't think it has any hoses other than the actual air intake which has a metal screen before the mass air flow sensor which leads into the intake in 99% sure all is clear. Had the mechanic shop check it.had an after market alarm with no fab.the alarm was off and then malfunctioned and was killing the signal to the fuel injectors after a few seconds.alarm horn never went off.
