My radio and mile display is not working.

You may have two problems here. Did both displays stop working at the same time? The radio and mileage displays should be on full bright untill you turn the lights on, they should then adjust with the dimmer. If all other radio and insturment panel cluster functions are ok I would suspect internal faults with both the radio and IPC.
