I got into a minor fender bender and now the right driver side is making a grinding sound and the AWD disable light is on

The wheel may have been impacted. Even a slight hit could throw off the wheel bearing making a noise like you describe. This can also damage the speed sensor that is incorporated into the wheel hub assembly. Inspect there first. Alex
