cannot reach bolt to release arm so it can be replaced

Hello, The sway bar must be removed, the rear frame bolts must be removed and replaced (with new bolts), and the intermediate shaft must be disconnected from inside (upper) and underneath (lower). Remove the wheels and remove the outer tie rod ends from the steering knuckle, and slide it out of the driver side. It could probably go either way, but driver side is easier. Don't forget there is lots of power steering fluid to drain and catch from the return side especially. If the bolt is facing the wrong direction, turn the tires by hand to rotate the shaft to where you want it.
