Rear running lights will not turn off. Have to disconnect the battery.

This is not my break lights. The break lights do not light up at all have not in a month.

Brake lights can't light up because they're already ON - due to the brake lights switch failure !! IF the "running" (parking) lights were on AT ALL - then ALL of the "running" (parking) lights would be on - as in the tag lights - front lights etc...they're all on the same circuit..
