water in trans. and rad. fan will not work, relays have been changed,and the water has been drained several times,but it comes from the converter

check the fusible link on the driver side fender wheel, mine burnt through, cut it out and added a fuse holder and fuse, and it works fine now. This is just for the fan don't know about the other. Sorry
