When I turn ignition key all the way nothing happens all lights etc. come on

does your car have an auto starter? if so then it may be shorting out. If so then replace the auto starteer or have it taken out andd reconnect to factory specs

two things, does your car have a auto starter in it? If so, get it pulled if its an after market. The other is your starter needs to be replaced
