MY PEDDLE IS FREE MOVING WITH NOT TENSION. THE CABLE WIRE IS LOOSE INSIDE THE CAR AND I CANT FIND THE REASON. IS THERE A POSSIBLE CAUSE/SOLUTION TO FIX THIS PROBLEN

Your throttle cable may be broken. Check the end where it attaches to the throttle body, see if it's connected or broken.
