my fan not work on 1,2.3 speed only on speed 4 when i have to replace?

I tuen the fan on there are no heat or A/C come out on the low speed1,2,3. Only on speed 4 I can have A/C and heat . What I have to replace?

Sounds like the blower motor resister needs replacement, you can find a shop here www.repairpal.com/directory
