Car runs ok, but motor shut off while at a stop lite

Customer Concern: Trouble code 13, no Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) change. The engine kills at stop signs. Tests/Procedures: 1. Check the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) operation by monitoring the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor through a scan tool, then check for high temperatures at idle, like over 150 degrees. 2. YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHANGE THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR.I SPENT A TON OF ALL THE WRONG PARTS.ITS NOT THAT EXPENSIVE I BOUGHT A NEW ONE FOR 40 BUCKS RUNS LIKE NEW.THIS PROBLEM IS REALLY BAD ON CADDYS.GOOD LUCK
