What would make my rear brake lights not to work and also my traction part also

Might have separate issues start by checking fuses

Fix the brake light switch FIRST thing!! That will probably take care of other problems as well..! Brake switch has got to work for cruise and traction control,, also ABS! IF needed, have the ABS module scanned, not a code reader that is useless! Scanner will retrieve all codes from all modules...if needed!
