Turn Key , starter does nothing. 13.1 volts to starter.

The solenoid IS what the battery cable and the start signal wire connects to .. Solenoid is round thing attached to starter motor .. The small start signal wire is what needs battery voltage when key is held in the START position .. Need a helper for testing... IF familiar with the circuit - Can momentarily jumper (using screwdriver) small wire to big cable to see if starter motor will work! Good luck!
