Customer Concern: No heat control on the passenger side. Dual climate control. Tests/Procedures: 1. Back probe the signal return at terminal 9-Blue of the actuator located on top of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system case. 2. Perform a recalibration procedure. (Disconnect the battery, reconnect the battery, turn the key on). This will sweep the actuator from hot to cold. The voltage should be a steady sweep from approximately 1v to 4v. 3. If the voltage is not a steady sweep, replace the actuator and perform another recalibration. Potential Causes: Temperature Actuator Tech Tips: The wire colors on the schematic do not match the actual wire colors. Motor control wires. Terminal 5-Green and terminal 6-White. Terminal 8-Black is a ground. Terminal 9-Blue is the signal wire. Terminal 10-Red is the 5v reference. Diagnostic Codes: 41
